COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley X-241076 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the PXLX4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BOS18KPS1LOCE5CS4 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WS1125010VL10 by Manufacturer Asm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BESM18MLPSC50AS04GW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Br-Automation such as X67 equipment made by Br-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br-Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SA510050490000 made by Anderson as well as the popular BAWM18MEUAC48BBP00GS04 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5E10M1270PS32US by Balluff and X67 spares by Br-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4147887 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applied-Materials. |
